    X. Proper handling of your passwords..

  • Use a new password per web page.
  • You should change passwords for a while.
  • Use special characters in your passwords.
  • The number of strings should always occupy more than 8.
  • Do not use words that are in the dictionary.
  • Never save a password on the computer. Take pen and paper, but protect it from unauthorized readers.
  • Never share your password with third parties. (Not even for exceptions to close friends)
  • If anyone has learned your password. Change immediately and do not wait!

  • Why?
If one knows your password, he can log in to your account and change data and do a lot of nonsense with it. Take no chances and never underestimate the power of a password.

Internet crime has been increasing over the last few years.

XI. Use of e-mail and security

  • Attention any e-mail can be read. That should be aware. Google even evaluates all emails and controls advertising.

  • If you delete an e-mail this is not really deleted. This mail is just not displayed anymore. The e-mail server operator of your choice can view your data years later. So never send really important data by mail.

  • Never open an e-mail attachment where you do not know who the sender is.
Even if some sound very interesting and arouse interest. Such as e.g. are: bill, reminder, lawyers, winners and much more.

  • Even image attachments can contain malicious code, even if you think it's just a jpg or giv file. These applications are often used to install Trojans or other scripts on your media device.

  • Who did or does not want to participate in a raffle on the internet? From experience I can only advise you to create a 2 e-mail address and use this e-mail address only for competitions and other unimportant pages. Over time, you will notice a lot of email that you have never looked at on the internet, let alone know the sender. The so-called Spam Mails. Most raffles on the internet mainly want to collect your contact information. So it happens quickly that you get from online pharmacies or online casinos and many other post office. The second e-mail account can be deleted if it gets out of hand again and create a new one. Thus you spare your important 1 Mail account and the spam is marginalized.

  • Always remember Free is not really there!
E-mail operators have to pay for them again.
Nobody does anything for free, not even you!

  • Beware of phishing emails!
These pretend to be from a known side.
For example, your bank, telecom or other well-known companies.
No reputable company will send you an e-mail without asking you to check your password again. Your alarm bells should always be on you at the latest if you did not make any changes.

  • Never go from a link in an email to a website (homepage). Unless you have requested something. Instead, open your browser and enter the page operator directly.

  • Look closely at the sender of the e-mail address, you do not know the one. It's best to delete the mail.

  • Conclusion: First, be skeptical of any mail for the first time.

    XII. Use of media devices

  • Always use a virus scanner when you are on the internet!
Whether with computer or phone or pad.

  • Install app (application software) only if you read the terms of use. Since you will surely want to use so many app no longer.
For example: record phone behavior, phone book, location, image sharing, photos, videos, read data entry and much more, without you really get any of it.

    Again, nothing is free.

  • The less application software is used, the safer you will be on the internet. Keep only apps you really use and delete those they rarely or no longer use.

  • Never turn off the firewall.

  • I use Google Maps and think it's really great.

But it is terrifying. You use Google? Then visit the page at www.google.com and sign up. Now click on the bottom right: Settings, then Log and finally Location History and you'll be shocked to see what Google knows about you. Every place with time and date. I do not care but I think many people think differently about it. Now Google shows me the data and I like to share my data with Google, but how do other data collectors handle your data? Even if you make settings the data may not be recorded. Are these really not recorded, or is it just not displayed to you? That probably only knows who has the data.

  • Also think about forms that millions on the internet tell you what data you reveal about yourself. Everything is saved and easy to assign.

  • But I do not want to demonize the Internet and even find it absolutely valuable to get information and to have many other benefits, even if I probably give my data to many people I do not know and I am thus probably a glass person.

  • Modleforyou and Security

  • I've been working on secure website design over 15 years.

  • Form entries are checked on code snippets and rechecked before further processing and given if changed. So that even with the transmission no code can be introduced.

  • On the page Modelforyou I use the latest security standard to protect your password.
I used MD5 encryption in the past.
This is no longer safe, so I switched to the latest PASSWORD_BCRYPT hash.

For example, your password is converted to a 60-character hash code.
In addition, I have added a so-called salt to ensure even more security. So your password is probably by today's standard, only in decades on Modelforyou to crack.

  • Your password is stored in the database only in a hash that is considered secure encrypted. Passwords are no longer sent to you by e-mail only in hash form and other security queries. Even I do not remember your password because I could not make sure (program storage) that other people could access it. If you do not know your password anymore, you can only find it out by forgetting your password.

  • Data will not be passed on to third persons by me! I try to program this protection to the best of my conscience so that there can be no unauthorized access by third parties. I do not use Google Analytics or other data analysis sites that receive and evaluate your data. Where Google analysis of what I have found, is now used by almost every Homepage page by default to evaluate their homepages. Thus, their data will of course be sent to Google automatically and used by Google. Even sites that offer Facebook login, automatically send data to Facebook. That's why I do not use such possibilities to not send any data to you..

  • Cookies stored on your media device are checked for changes each time they are read. Program codes are deleted, trimmed and then used.

  • URL checks are performed for changes to protected pages. For internal pages, the URL violations are recorded by the user and the user receives a message. In case of multiple injuries, users will be automatically logged out.

  • The site was created so that only you decide who can see your data, who can write or contact you and who can see pictures, postings, events and much more. You can also show only 1 person posts that nobody else can read.

  • If you want to know more details you can contact me internally at any time, I will gladly help you.
